At YMCA Global Kindergarten (YGK), we usually schedule a picnic around this time to appreciate nature during fall. Unfortunately, we couldn’t go as planned because it rained on the scheduled day. The Kitten class decided to have this special day in YGK, instead. The teachers hid some autumn gifts from nature in various places. The children went searching for them in groups. They were so excited to find acorns, sticks, colorful leaves and chestnuts in burrs!
We are truly thankful for these blessings from nature.
ＹＭＣＡグローバルキンダーガーテン（ＹＧＫ）では、毎年この時期、自然の恵みに感謝をするためにピクニックに出かけます。残念ながら、予定していた日に雨が降ってしまったため、出かけることが出来ませんでした。そこで、キテンクラスは代わりに園内で特別な活動をすることにしました。先生たちが秋の実りをいろいろな場所に隠しました。子ども達はいくつかのグループに分かれて宝探しです。ドングリや棒、色づいた葉っぱ、イガに包まれた栗に皆大喜び！
自然からの豊かな恵みに感謝の気持ちをもって過ごしましょう。
