Our Christmas concert
and talent show was a big success! The Spirit of Christmas filled the whole
event as the children showcased their talents in role playing and singing of Christmas
carols.
The Puppy
class just stole the show as they glammed up the Christmas tree and sang songs
with glee. They were surely nervous inside but still they managed to finish it
with a blast.
The Kitten
class performed the musical play, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, in an
enjoyable and humorous manner. They danced and sang their hearts out to make us
feel the Christmas spirit all the more.
Of course,
Christmas will not be complete without giving gifts, so we welcomed Santa Claus
to the stage by singing “Jingle bells.” There were lots of smiles on the
children’s faces as they received presents from Santa.

全日制英語幼児園・ＹＭＣＡグローバルキンダーガーテンでは、今年もクリスマスコンサート＆タレントショーを成功のうちに終えることが出来ました。子ども達はクリスマスの寸劇や歌を通してその持てる才能を存分に発揮してくれました。
パピークラス（年少）の皆は、クリスマスツリーをきれいに飾り、歓喜の歌を聞かせてくれました。心の中はきっと緊張でいっぱいだったと思いますが、元気いっぱいに頑張りました！
キテンクラス（年中）は、音楽寸劇「赤鼻のトナカイ」を明るく軽妙に演じてくれました。踊り、歌い、見ている皆のクリスマス気分を盛り上げてくれました。
カブクラス（年長）は、クリスマスの定番「くるみ割り人形」を演じ、観客の皆さんの心をすっかり魅了しました。どの子も自分の役を完璧に演じました。妖精を演じた子ども達は、あたかも本物の妖精であるかのようにステージの上で優雅に舞い踊りました。
でもやはり、クリスマスプレゼントがないことには、この特別な日を終えることは出来ませんよね。ジングルベルで、サンタをお迎えしました。サンタのおじいさんからプレゼントを受け取ると皆の顔にはにっこりと素敵な笑みが広がりました。
後半のタレントショーでは「持ち帰れる」笑いと喜びを届けてくれました。園児と保護者の皆様の素敵なパフォーマンスに魅せられ、たっぷり元気をもらいました。ブラジリアン柔術「カポエイラ」から和太鼓の演奏まで、皆の幅広い才能に驚かされるばかりでした。
最後になりましたが、保護者の皆様の多大なるお支えにより、楽しく思い出深いクリスマスコンサートとなりましたことを心から感謝いたします。
