It’s Wednesday… which, for YGK, means, weekly gym time!
Cub class (K3) have been playing “Cops and Robbers” in the gymnasium. In this game, the children are divided into two groups, and the cops chase the robbers as they try to escape. Wow, they can run so fast!!
Of course, Puppy class, too, have had fun! But they also had Parents’ Day! That was special time for them as it was their very first time to welcome their parents in the classroom and spend time with them, they seemed super excited. During morning meeting, they sometimes turned around to their parents, waved to them and giggled happily. It seems as if they were double-checking whether their parents were still there. After the short morning meeting, they engaged in activities and dances with their parents. It surely was an extraordinary morning for all the Puppies. Thank you, dear Puppy parents, for taking part in this special day.

今日は水曜日、ＹＭＣＡグローバルキンダーガーテン（ＹＧＫ）の体育館でのからだ遊びの日です。
体育館を覗いてみると、カブクラス（年長）の皆が「けいどろ」をしていました。このゲームでは、２つのチーム、警察チームと泥棒チームに分かれて、警察は泥棒を捕まえ、泥棒は警察に捕まらないように逃げ回ります。みんな全力で追いかけ、逃げ回ります。皆の足の早いこと、早いこと！
キテンクラス（年中）は、線の上を歩きながらボールを投げ上げ、キャッチする練習をしていました。これまでより少し複雑で難しい動きですが、楽しみながらチャレンジをしていました。
もちろん、パピークラス（年少）も楽しい時間を過ごしていました。パピークラスは、年２回の保育参加の日でした。保護者の皆様を教室内にお迎えして一緒に活動をするのは、パピークラスの皆にとってはこれが初めてですので、どの子もとてもワクワクした様子でした。モーニングミーティング中には、時折、お家の方を振り返り手を振っては、嬉しそうなくすくす笑いがこぼれていました。まるで、大好きなお父さんお母さんがまだそこにいるかを確かめているようでした。短いモーニングミーティングの後、お家の方と一緒にアクティビティーやダンスを楽しみました。パピーの皆にとっては、特別な時間になったことと思います。ご家族の皆様、ご多忙中にも関わらず、ご参加、ご協力をいただき、どうもありがとうございました。
