YGK Teachers' CPR Training

YMCA Global Kindergarten・CPR研修報告

At YMCA Global Kindergarten (YGK), an English kindergarten run by Yokohama YMCA, the teachers had a CPR training by a trainer from YMCA wellness sports club.

We have more than 40 children coming to our school daily and this was a good opportunity for us to be well-prepared for their safety.

We learned basic heart massage process using several dummy dolls as well as the hemostatic method.

We learned that we cannot be too prepared for an emergency and we would like to equip ourselves for the sake of the children’s safe and happy moments.

ＹＭＣＡの全日制英語幼児園・ＹＭＣＡグローバルキンダーガーテンでは、教職員を対象にＣＰＲトレーニングを行いました。横浜市の応急手当普及員であるＹＭＣＡウェルネススポーツクラブ職員が講師を勤めました。

私たちの園には毎日４０名以上の子ども達が通ってこられます。子ども達の安全をよりしっかりと守るために学ぶ機会として実施をいたしました。

ダミー人形を使って心臓マッサージの基礎と、あわせて止血法についても学びました。

緊急時に備えすぎるということはありません。子ども達が安全で楽しい園生活を送れるように、知識と技能を高めていきたいと思います。
